These candlestick holders were handcrafted using a red stoneware clay. The exterior of the candlestick holder was painted with a white slip and the carved to create the design. The candle stick holders were fired to 1270 degrees with a glassy glaze on the inside where the candle sits and the exterior was left raw. They are delightful when lite and can go with most settings.
